Ulrika is a Swedish babywearing consultant, in-arms carrying peer supporter. She’s the founder of the first Swedish babywearing consultancy course (which incorporates in-arms carrying), and also trains peer supporters in babywearing and elimination communication (EC). Ulrika also works as a doula and has published books about EC and baby sign language.

Mel is a babywearing and in-arms carrying trainer. She is also author of 2 books on the subject of in-arms carrying, an independent researcher and public speaker. She’s also a doula-on-leave.
